Jason Kon.

After graduating from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance, Jason spent six years as a Business Development Executive in the telecommunications industry. He later reignited his passion for finance, retraining as a Financial Adviser and achieving his Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2016.

Jason has further enhanced his technical expertise by attaining the CII Certificates in Discretionary Investment Management and Securities Advice and Dealing. These qualifications support his ability to deliver well-rounded and compliant investment solutions to clients with diverse needs. He is currently working toward the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with a particular interest in wealth management and retirement planning—helping clients achieve financial clarity and long-term confidence.

Outside of work, Jason is a competitive cyclist who regularly races in local and regional road cycling events. He recently qualified for the 2025 World Gravel Championships in the Netherlands. He also enjoys travel and cultural exploration. Jason is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients, offering clear and considered advice to support their financial journey.
